Who are you?

You are an enthusiastic positive person, have a desire to succeed, are customer-focused, able to think and interact on an operational + tactical level and you are result-oriented. Work strategically to increase lifetime value for our customers.

 

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably experience in the lighting industry
  • 5+ years of proven track record in sales target achievements
  • Develop pricing, sales strategy and ensure its execution
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to maintain trust
  • Outstanding listening and strong communication skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiations, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical, practical, hands-on mentality
  • Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence
  • Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module), MS office
  • Native speaker of Dutch, French and English is a plus

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel in Belgium.
  • Build the coverage and win at installer accounts and wholesale partners in the regions
  • Drive continuous business performance improvement based on challenging ambitions. 
  • Realize targets set by the Country Manager. 
  • Build a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager for business expansion within the province with our wholesale partners and small/mid-sized installers
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with installer accounts and wholesale partners
  • Manage internal relationships with all departments
